No doctrine and No gurus! Just group silent meditation...
Meditation is wonderful alone, but it is easier and more powerful in a group. This meditation group includes 15 minutes of instruction and discussion at the beginning and then 40 minutes of silent meditation.
Led by Andrew Pakula, Ashley Jones, Saul Deason, and Clement West.
Arrive at 6.15 for 15 minutes of instruction or arrive at 6.25 ready to begin a 40 minute silent meditation. The gathering ends promptly at 7.15 pm.
