Nilton Garcia is a fully qualified, insured and experienced Instructor with 13 years experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (also known as BJJ) and Self-defence.
The classes consist of Fitness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Games, Pillow war and Laughing
(of course we have lots of fun!), short meditations, general Self-defence (including self-defence against knife attacks for youths) and a few nice surprises.
The classes are FREE as part of the ARTE SUAVE PROJECT, started by Master Claudio Arrais and Nilton Garcia in Florianopolis, Brazil in 2007
