Hello literary friends and lovers of words and books and magic and spells

We have Wham! Bam! Story Slam! back for FREE on 11th February. It's a free short story night at the Free Word Centre in Farringdon. You are more than welcome.

Wham! Bam! Story Slam! is back for 2010 with a fresh new line-up, some killer short stories and caliente metaphors for your tired cold paws...

This month host Nikesh Shukla ('prescient musings' Metro) brings you award-winning poet and author Nii Ayikwei Parkes (author of 'Tail of the Blue Bird), comedian poet and gingerist Richard Tyrone Jones (the man behind the legendary Utter! series of live literature nights), vinyl obsessive Travis Elborough (he of 'The Long-Player Goodbye) and Dizreali, poetical winner of BBC Poetry Slam on Radio 4 with a short story in verse, like CHAUCER y'all.
