Featuring a video excerpt of Integral philosopher Ken Wilber and Andrew Cohen, the founder of EnlightenNext, in dialogue and answering questions about our highly developed postmodern egos.

Background

In Evolutionary Enlightenment, the practice of meditation is a doorway to your own deepest self: the timeless, unmanifest ground of being. Directly experiencing that primordial depth can become the foundation for a life of ceaseless transformation.

At EnlightenNext we host meditations on a regular basis including day-long seminars. The Tuesday evenings form an introduction to our approach and include a guided meditation, presentation and an opportunity for discussion about the practice. All the sessions are led by a senior member of the organisation.

The practice of meditation is based upon Andrew Cohen's teachings of Evolutionary Enlightenment. The meditation usually takes place on the top floor of the building, a beautiful room with a great view of the London skyline, which is highly conducive to deep meditation.

The 'Meditation + Evolution' evening is free on the first occasion and £4 subsequently.
