Description
Tuck into tasty Caribbean jerk, enjoy the sunshine and relax in Brockwell Park, Brixton for the day. There will also be live music and entertainment to keep up the festival spirit, and make you think you feel in the holiday mood. Activites for kids will keep them entertained, and you can also take the opportunity to browse the stalls selling unique gifts and crafts from around the world.
This event has been so successful it outgrew it's previous home at the Horniman Museum, and is set to be one of the biggest and best events in the calendar at Brockwell Park.
The Jerk Cookout at Brockwell Park takes place between 1pm - 6pm on Sunday 15th August 2010. Entrance is free but you will be charged for food and drink.

Description
One of Lambeth's largest and most scenic parks. Has well stocked kid's playground, cafe, tennis courts and the home of Brixton Lido. Holds occasional free events in the Summer including the popular Lambeth Country Show.
