The abseil takes place on Saturday, 11th July, 2009, and is open to anyone over 18 years old.
No previous abseiling experience is required as training will be provided on the day by fully qualified instructors. The only thing you need is a thrill-seeking attitude and the willingness to raise a minimum of £150 sponsorship for Cancer Research UK.
