An opportunity to taste the peace and quiet of Jamyang Buddhist Centre and sample a variety of methods to calm the mind and relax the body, including meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Reflexology and Cranial Sacral & Massage. We will be offering Meditation and Relaxation classes all day long, also in alternate slots Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi kung. We will also have tea, coffee and warm food served in our courtyard garden cafe.
Plus live music to violin and spiritual healing
